Please download the form at the bottom of this page, attach payment of 169.00 in Jan/Feb and mail it to us before the mail-in closes on March 1st. Please remember to include your return address on the envelope in case your registration form doesn't make it to us. Sign up early and save money. Early bird registration is 169.00. Please remember to download ROWAN'S Law documentation and mail it in as well.
The Kingston Minor Ball Hockey League strongly suggests you sign up online, as potential mail disruptions beyond our control could delay your registration.
Walk-in Registration
Is not available this year. All registrations must be sent online.
Rowan's Law
All parents or Legal Guardians must now complete the form below form and provide it to your sport organization(s) as proof/confirmation of your review of a Concussion Awareness Resource. This form must be filled out and handed in PRIOR to your child participating in their first floor time and handed into your Coach. (with the exception of our IP Division).
